In order to stand up to new challenges of supply chain management in the global competition it is necessary to continuously enhance all areas of a company. Trainings for the adaptation of current processes in procurement, production, distribution and sales are a key factor for a successful supply chain management.
The Supply Chain Engineering department offers you support in identifying training needs and also in designing, developing and performing supply chain management trainings. Practice-oriented training modules are used, that have been derived from SCM projects since the end of the 1990s and continuously enhanced. Important training tools are simulation games for several people. These are available as manual board games as well as computer games.
Additionally we offer you the possibility to train trainers for your company, so that future trainings can be performed independently by your staff (train-the-trainer concept).
