Our team of SCM experts supports you in the analysis, planning and design of production and logistics networks. With our scenario-based approach, we involve you in the solution process. This applies both to the redesign (greenfield) and to the optimization of your existing processes and structures (brownfield). In doing so, we not only keep an eye on the requirements of your customers and the costs of your logistics, but also integrate further (e.g. energy-related) target criteria into our consulting projects if required.

The department Supply Chain Engineering gives you support in identifying training needs as well as the conception, development and implementation of SCM trainings.

We gladly support you from the analysis of current network structures through the identification of action fields to the conception of alternative design scenarios.

Environmental Analysis and Scenario Generation

The scenario technique method offers a great approach to derive and evaluate future developments. It enables a look into the future and helps companies to prepare for probable but also for unexpected events.
