Customized electronics for your application

In our laboratories, after planning and conceptual design with our partners, we design electronics tailored to each individual case.

Our process

In the first step, the circuit diagram is created computer-based and then transferred to the PCB layout (single and multilayer). We can initially produce this in-house using a laser process. In the second step, the board is assembled using a manual or fully automatic "pick and place" system. The whole is then soldered through our 3-zone reflow continuous furnace. Multi-layer boards are laminated and plated through using a multi-layer press process. In our designs, we mainly process the standard component size 0402. Depending on the application, other sizes up to 0201 can also be processed.

High flexibility thanks to inhouse production

The advantage of in-house prototype production lies in its flexibility, short response time and optimization to the individual case. Inhouse production makes it possible to produce initial prototypes within a few days, depending on the application, in order to implement successful trade fair presentations, for example. By optimizing for the individual case, expensive PLC components and standard components can be dispensed with, which are often over-dimensioned for the application or too large in design. The electronic components we develop are based on microcontrollers with bare-metal firmware or on microprocessors that can perform significantly more complex operations by using an embedded Linux.

From creation to series production

We accompany our cooperation partners operationally from the conceptual creation to the pre-series and beyond that in an advisory capacity up to series production. Pre-series can be produced in-house up to a quantity of about 1000 units.
